collector vehicles; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR                  
SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47 be considered                                
engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
